As a Relocation Specialist, you will provide exceptional service while assisting clients in downsizing, moving, and liquidating possessions through both online and in-person estate sales. Each day presents unique challenges, allowing you to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to assist clients in downsizing and relocating, as well as managing the sale of unnecessary items.
  • Handle tasks such as organizing, packing, unpacking, and resettling clients in their new homes or senior living facilities.
  • Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal, and cleanout processes.
  • Utilize handheld devices to create listings, photograph, and describe items for auction.
  • Manage the sorting, organization, research, labeling, and handling of items for resale.
  • Support buyers during on-site pickups and sales events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks such as hanging items at heights of 4 feet or more.
  • Carry supplies and moving boxes to and from vehicles and within various locations.
  • Occasionally assist with moving furniture as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated compassion and respect for clients and their families.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Willingness to work in cluttered or less-than-ideal conditions; necessary protective gear will be provided.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail are essential.
  • Must have reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling and project management.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment background check and be ready to start training immediately upon hiring.
