Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and independent optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, set your own hours, and control your patient schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye and vision care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a successful optometry practice within the Walmart store
  • Manage your own patient schedule and fee structure
  • Have access to equipment and instrumentation for a fair market value
  • Option to opt into administrative and/or opt-tech support services (if state allows)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
