Position Overview

Specialization

This role focuses on Adult General Thoracic Surgery, Minimally Invasive Techniques, Robotic Surgery, and the management of Chest Diseases, including malignancies and benign conditions affecting the thoracic region.

Employment Type

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Schedule
  • Standard work hours from Monday to Friday with shared operating room responsibilities.
  • Involves rounding and assessing patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Dedicated clinic day with patient consultations on alternate days as required.
  • Collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, counseling, and education for adult thoracic surgery patients across various settings.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Formulate and implement care plans based on clinical findings.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and patient records.
  • Perform relevant bedside procedures as necessary.
  • Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary discussions regarding patient care.
  • Exhibit advanced clinical judgment and operate independently.
  • Participate in ongoing medical education to uphold professional competencies.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the department.
