Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Engineering Lead within a leading specialty chemical organization. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate Business Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plans, and platforms for New Product Development.
- Oversee site capital investments and project resources in collaboration with executive teams.
- Direct cross-functional project teams to enhance resource efficiency and liaise with essential company personnel.
- Guarantee the timely achievement of project milestones and evaluate portfolio performance.
- Administer monthly project forecasting and reporting, working closely with other Team Leaders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related discipline; a background in chemical engineering is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with specialization in sectors such as chemical, pulp & paper, petrochemical, or pharmaceuticals.
- At least 5 years of experience in capital project execution or project management.
