As a Site Director at KinderCare Learning Companies, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young minds. With a passion for educational excellence and a commitment to empowering confident teachers, you will lead a team of educators to create unique and engaging classroom experiences. Key responsibilities include ensuring your site operates effectively, maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards. You will partner with parents who share your desire to provide the best care and education for their children, cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Additionally, you will lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.

Qualifications include at least one year of teaching experience, a love for children, and a strong desire to make a difference every day. You must be able to build relationships with families and staff, create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand, and possess outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
