Position Summary:
The role involves delivering technical, communication, and procedural assistance to internal stakeholders within the Walgreens network concerning Fire Alarm systems. The individual will troubleshoot Fire Life Safety (FLS) concerns, generate service requests, and coordinate with service providers for effective resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage FLS inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and ticketing systems, assessing issues, deploying service providers, and collaborating with internal teams for solutions.
- Address service requests from monitored locations, internal divisions, and regulatory bodies.
- Analyze alarm reports and follow established protocols to rectify service challenges.
- Record customer interactions for tracking and quality assurance.
- Oversee work orders utilizing the Service Channel management system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure timely resolution of work orders.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
- Stay informed about security organizations and protocols.
- Propose enhancements for service improvement.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
