Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our team as a Roof Loader at Beacon. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials at job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Manually load orders onto outgoing trucks by repetitive lifting of up to 75+ lbs, and unload incoming orders and shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Site Assistance: Accompany the driver to job sites and assist in guiding the truck onto and off of customer's property to avoid damage.
  • Material Handling: Participate in the proper unloading of materials to the roof by repetitive lifting or using a conveyor at job sites.
  • Inventory Management: Count, verify, and manually unload incoming orders and shipments with attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in loading vehicles and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
