About the RoleAs a RN Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients in a Level II Trauma Center. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess, triage, and treat patients of all ages, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized care.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients of all ages, from minor injuries to critically ill patients
- Triage and assess patients, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized care
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Monitor and record patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in a patient's condition
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- TNCC certification within 2 years of hire
