Job Title: Inspector/Inspectress - Sands of KahanaJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Inspector/Inspectress to join our team at Sands of Kahana. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guestrooms and service areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to provide guidance and support in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to cleanliness and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cleaning and maintenance activities, including inventory and supply management.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in housekeeping and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a focus on quality assurance and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning products and chemicals. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Salary:

$21.50 per hour
