Role Responsibilities
· Setting up and maintaining secure work zones utilizing appropriate equipment.
· Collaborating with colleagues to guarantee the safety of all personnel.
· Effectively managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
· Providing outstanding service and safeguarding our clients.
· Enjoying continuous training and support to transition from an entry-level role to long-term career prospects.
Required Qualifications
· A valid driver's license is mandatory.
· Capability to stand for 8-12 hours daily and lift weights between 50-60 lbs.
· Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and traffic environments.
· Prior experience in driving is preferred.
· Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
