What We Do

As a Route Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission by hand-delivering medication to customers on-time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arriving on-time at Capsule pharmacies
  • Picking up assigned deliveries promptly and ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Accurately recording worked hours, including clocking in and out via phone

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid I-9 documentation
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • In possession of a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning
  • Have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance
  • Able to read, speak, and write English fluently due to the need for detailed written instructions and communication with our dispatch team and customers

What We Offer

This is a fixed-schedule position with guaranteed hours per week and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. You can earn a competitive base pay of $16, with potential earnings up to $28.50 through tips.
