Your Role:
As an Event Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized experiences and overseeing all aspects of banquet functions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating meeting spaces for events, ensuring adherence to banquet event orders (BEO) with a focus on service quality and hospitality.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to synchronize food preparation, ensuring timely meal service.
  • Maintaining sanitation standards for food handling safety.
  • Assisting in employee scheduling and ensuring accurate guest checks.
  • Providing outstanding guest service and following established processes.

What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a banquet captain or senior server; hotel banquet experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel, Word, and POS.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Food Handler Certificate (if applicable).
  • A flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
