We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties in Louisville, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 80+ units, ensuring timely rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of two or more staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
