Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the global repair inventory
  • Coordinating repair activities with service centers
  • Managing inventory for repair materials
  • Conducting daily checks on stock levels for containers requiring maintenance
  • Providing internal training on repair processes
  • Monitoring and enhancing repair center operations, ensuring quality checks, process improvements, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborating with team members and external partners to optimize operational efficiency and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Participating in business reviews with partners
  • Maintaining and updating master data within IT systems while supporting ongoing improvements
  • Managing all logistics related to repair transportation materials and container movements
  • Training and onboarding new repair centers globally
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews with key suppliers
  • Visiting repair stations for assessments and training as needed
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor’s degree
  • A background in freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of domestic and international geography, including key countries and cities
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to foresee and address potential issues proactively
  • The capacity to maintain productivity while managing pressure effectively
