Job Description

Job Title: Senior Branch Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team in Rockaway, NJ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni-channel environment.
  • Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of ecosystem partners.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.

Requirements:

  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
