Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of branch employees to achieve sales targets, customer loyalty, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance branch operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement solutions that drive results.
  • Manage risk and compliance in a complex business environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and established policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and trust.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industry-relevant experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and employees.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
