**The Logistics Specialist Role**

As a Logistics Specialist, you will own all transportation, inventory, and customer service tasks related to your portion of the business. This includes building reports to create visibility, then utilizing that visibility to identify and resolve current issues/future problems, minimizing impact to customer as well as identifying and delivering unrealized opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve shared goals

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience working in ERP systems
