The Associate General Counsel will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing legal operations within the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements, particularly those related to technology.

  • Support legal compliance for marketing initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree, with a license to practice in the U.S.; Wisconsin licensure is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, ideally with in-house experience in the retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in contract law, privacy regulations, and compliance issues.
  • Exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
