Industrial Territory Sales Manager

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is a leading provider of industrial compressed air and vacuum systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy-saving air compressors and related equipment to end-customers in their territory. They will also be responsible for acquiring the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a mechanical aptitude, and proven time/territorial management skills. They will also be PC literate, specifically with MS Products, Word, and Excel.
We offer a competitive base plus commission pay, and an excellent benefit package including Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a health and wellness program.
As a Territory Manager, you will have a geographic territory covering the Wichita and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for calling on end-customers to promote and sell our energy-saving air compressors and related equipment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Calling on end-customers in their territory to promote and sell our energy-saving air compressors and related equipment
- Acquiring the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems
- Being responsible for professionally representing Kaeser at all times
- Using a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools
- Reaching and maintaining sales goals
The successful candidate's background will include:

- Clean Driving Record (required)
- PC literate, specifically MS Products, Word, Excel (required)
