About the Role: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each resident. You will provide expert care to patients requiring oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and other life-sustaining interventions.

Key Responsibilities: Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans; Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and community settings; Educate residents and families on pulmonary health, disease management, and lifestyle modifications; Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely access to diagnostic tests, treatments, and other necessary resources; Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care activities; Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in pulmonary care.
