We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Respiratory Therapist on our night shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role:
In this permanent position, you will work 12-hour shifts, contributing to the well-being of diverse patient populations. Your expertise in respiratory care will enable you to provide therapeutic interventions and diagnostic procedures as needed. You will also review and maintain respiratory care plans, performing thorough evaluations and adjustments to optimize patient care. Additionally, you may assist as a preceptor for students and new hires, sharing your knowledge and experience with others.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate of a reputable respiratory therapy program and possess the necessary certifications, including the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC and BLS certification. Within six months, you should obtain ACLS and NRP certifications. PALS and Stable certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Furthermore, you must be able to lift 30 pounds and participate in an on-call schedule. This position demands strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations. Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
