Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at Oak Creek Elementary. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Partner with parents to provide regular updates and involve them in their child's learning journey
  • Support the development of our center's programs and services to meet the needs of our families and community
  • Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners to promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect
Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
