Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at Oak Creek Elementary. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Partner with parents to provide a seamless and supportive experience for children and families
  • Support the success of your center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
