Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and exceed their expectations.

Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain customer loyalty
  • Answer inbound calls or in-person inquiries to resolve customer concerns
  • Adapt to customer needs and take appropriate action to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services/products

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
