As a Printing Machine Operator, you will ensure the efficient operation of printing machinery, manage machine adjustments, install necessary parts and supplies, test materials for quality, and maintain top-notch production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Order Review: Analyze job specifications and adjust machinery to meet production requirements.
  • Equipment Setup: Install and align ink rollers, screens, printing plates, and stencils as required.
  • Material Testing: Evaluate inks and materials for quality, compatibility, and performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Process Monitoring: Supervise the printing process to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal working condition.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Workspace Cleanliness: Ensure the printing press and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of printing processes and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders, technical diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality results.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy machinery and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 5 am - 3:30 pm

Compensation:
  • $15/hour
