Aircraft Captain

Executive Jet Management is seeking an exceptional Gulfstream 450 pilot to join our team in Houston, TX. With a competitive salary of $120,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, this role offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation, with a strong background in crew resource management and threat error management. Prior experience as a PIC on a G450 or similar aircraft is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include ensuring the safe operation of flight, completing flight planning and performance tasks, and utilizing CRM and TEM techniques to communicate effectively with crew and support personnel. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, investigating service deviations, and resolving conflicts in an acceptable manner.

To excel in this role, you will need to maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience, comply with company SMS programs, and report safety concerns through appropriate channels.
