We are looking for a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining our fleet's performance, reliability, and efficiency. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings, specifications, manuals, and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as coordinating maintenance with PM maintenance schedules.

This role requires excellent time management skills, scheduling abilities, and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Parts Specialists to evaluate parts usage and assist in providing optimal reorder schedules. They will also ensure that all work orders are completely planned prior to scheduling, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize work order/work packages provided to the maintenance personnel.
  • Balance new work orders with backlog orders to generate an effective daily and weekly work schedule adhering to operational priorities.
  • Coordinate maintenance with PM maintenance schedule, facilitate daily and weekly scheduling meetings with supervisors, foremen, and managers.
  • Assess and monitor asset condition to refine maintenance and rehabilitation strategies and avoid unplanned outages.
