- Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on various equipment.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist with landscaping duties, including moving large rocks, maintaining parking facilities, and clearing vegetation.
- Support the track maintenance crew in upkeeping the track and barn area as needed.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and personal protective equipment guidelines.
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are essential: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of six months experience in a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or finishing trades.
- Proficient in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to interpret graphs.
- Familiarity with basic computer and mobile device operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and colleagues, resolving issues with diplomacy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidates should be able to read and interpret documents in English, including safety guidelines and operational manuals.
PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY
Applicants must possess the ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in various formats. Candidates should be capable of addressing issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Employees must qualify for any necessary licenses and permits as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
