NetSuite Administrator Job Description

LHH is seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team in the Greensboro, NC area. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system to support manufacturing processes, including inventory management, order processing, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Maintain the NetSuite ERP system with a focus on manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, and inventory teams to understand their needs and tailor NetSuite functionalities to support manufacturing workflows.
  • Configuration: Configure and customize NetSuite to enhance manufacturing processes, including inventory management, order processing, and production scheduling.
  • System Updates: Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Reporting: Develop and generate custom reports, dashboards, and workflows specific to manufacturing operations.
  • User Support: Train and support end-users in manufacturing and operational departments on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity related to manufacturing processes through regular system audits.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of NetSuite modules relevant to manufacturing, such as inventory management, order processing, and supply chain. Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk is a plus, but not required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
