Coilcraft is a leading manufacturer of high-quality passive electronic components. We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and validating testing systems and fixtures, performing ongoing monitoring of testing systems, and providing technical consulting to laboratory technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle small electronic components. Experience with Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy-Dispersive Spectroscopy, and X-Ray/CT Analysis is highly preferred. The Laboratory Test Engineer will also be responsible for conducting inspections of electronic components, preparing and reviewing test reports, and developing and applying failure analysis skills. The successful candidate will be required to uphold the principles of ISO-17025 and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health and life insurance, holidays, vacation time, and tuition assistance.
