Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on disease management, medication, and self-care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree.
  • Active Florida RN license required or US Compact License.
  • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of RN hospital experience preferred.
