The successful candidate will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our customers at Salernos Hospitality's Evvive Pizzeria & Pub. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and resolving any customer issues that may arise.

  • Accurately taking orders from customers and transmitting them to the kitchen staff
  • Circulating among tables to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, and preparation times to provide expert recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer payments and providing change in a courteous and efficient manner
Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, but not required
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Courteous and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues alike
