Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective ABA services.
  • Mentor and guide RBTs in best clinical practices.

  • Conduct common assessments, including VB-MAPP and PEAK.
  • Perform Functional Analyses and Functional Behavior Assessments with necessary support.
  • Develop treatment plans aligned with assessment outcomes and meaningful goals.
  • Utilize clinical judgment in daily decision-making to meet learners' needs.
  • Assist in staff training by identifying key needs and developing training models.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
