About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to join our team as a Nursing Unit Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations
