We're seeking an experienced Data Architect Lead to help our clients make informed decisions by unlocking the full potential of their big data. As a key member of our team, you'll design and develop scalable data platforms that drive business outcomes.

About the Role

As a Data Architect Lead, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business value. You'll leverage your expertise in data engineering, architecture, and analytics to design and implement data platforms that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable data platforms that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Leverage your expertise in data engineering, architecture, and analytics to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with our team of data experts to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on data engineering, architecture, and analytics
  • Experience with programming languages, including Scala or Java
  • Experience with data validation, cleansing, and enrichment techniques
  • Experience with building and optimizing data pipelines
  • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting ETL processes
  • Experience with designing and developing ETL workflows using tools like Apache Spark or AWS Glue
  • Experience with different data storage technologies and databases
  • Knowledge of ETL best practices, data integration techniques, and data quality management
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
  • Experience with public Clouds, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with distributed data and computing tools
  • Experience working on real-time data and streaming applications
  • Experience with NoSQL implementation
  • Experience with data warehousing using AWS Redshift, MySQL, or Snowflake
  • Experience with Agile engineering practices
  • Knowledge of concepts of Data Lakehouse architecture
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary Disclosure

The salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD), and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, education, experience, and skills. We're committed to fair and equal compensation practices and strive to ensure that our salaries reflect the market rate for similar positions.
