We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. As a vocational nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a hybrid environment, combining home health visits with remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to patients' residences to provide healthcare services, typically seeing 4-5 patients per day.
- Set up and facilitate virtual consultations between patients and healthcare providers.
- Organize and update patients' medical records, ensuring all relevant information is readily available for providers.
- Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Collect blood samples or other specimens for laboratory testing.
- Administer and fill out health-related questionnaires to gather comprehensive information about patients' conditions and histories.
- Communicate key details and observations about patients' health status to physicians.
- Perform home visits and provide care without the need to connect with a provider, when appropriate.
As a vocational nurse with our team, you will work 75% in home health and 25% remotely. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare providers, and will be supported by a team of experienced professionals.
Requirements- Valid vocational nursing license in the state of CA.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $35-38.
