Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for dental treatments: Welcome, comfort, and prepare patients for dental procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist dentists during procedures: Provide instrumentation, suctioning, and other support as needed to ensure smooth and efficient treatment.
  • Maintain patient records: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment: Adhere to infection-control policies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide education on oral health and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • X-ray and EFDA certification: Possess current certification in X-ray and EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) in the state of Florida.
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant: Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental office setting.
