Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Pre-Litigation Personal Injury cases and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

The Case Manager will be responsible for:

  • Client Communication: Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Medical Oversight: Manage and understand medical treatments, focusing on orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries.
  • Insurance Coordination: Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to facilitate case progress.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law and fluency in Spanish.

  • Experience: Strong background in Pre-Litigation Personal Injury cases.
  • Skills: Ability to type 45 WPM or more; exceptional organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Personal Injury Law Experience: 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
