Medical Device Assembly Specialist

About the Role: As a Medical Device Assembly Specialist at Medtronic, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production of components used in our various medical devices. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test medical device components according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections on processing lines to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of production processes and results
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations
Benefits and Compensation:
The starting base rate of pay for this position is $20.50 per hour. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations are estimated to be between $37,200.00 - $55,800.00 annually, depending on location and experience.
