Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Assist with food preparation, including setting up snack areas, beverage areas, and display cases
  • Perform cashier duties and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and kitchen
  • Assist with inventory management, including checking in weekly deliveries and storing supplies
  • Participate in professional growth activities, such as in-service meetings and staff development training
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Related experience in full-service restaurants preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and a desire to be part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working a minimum of 20 hours per week, not to exceed 29 hours per week. The working days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The position requires long periods of standing, ability to lift 25 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Organizational Relationship

This position reports directly to the office of the Culinary Arts Director and the Executive Chef of Culinary Operations.
