About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to join our team at Highspot.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a world-class product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a high-performing team of product managers and leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Prioritize feature development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive business growth, leveraging expertise in market analysis, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, staying up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Services teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective decision-making, careful analysis of trade-offs, and responsible balance of strategic business objectives, unique customer needs, operational necessities, and product quality.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and employee well-being, embodying Highspot's values and promoting a positive work environment.

About You

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior product management leadership roles, with recent experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • An academic background in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in scaling product management teams, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong track record of attracting and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on getting things done with high quality and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $250,769 - $340,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation.
