Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Little Leaf ABA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorder, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior modification.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, providing regular updates to the supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are being met effectively, and to provide support and guidance to families.
  • Utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, learning, and behavior modification, while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance are required.
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors is essential.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for data collection and medical records is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certification (if applicable).
  • TRICARE Certification is preferred.
  • Passion for driving change and supporting independent growth is essential.
  • Desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of the clients Little Leaf ABA serves.
