Job Summary

Little Leaf ABA is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 therapy to children with autism and special needs in their homes, community settings, and our clinics.

  • Implement personalized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and report data on client progress.

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification: Required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Transportation: Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date insurance.
  • Experience: Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst).

Desired Qualifications:

  • CPR/BLS certification (if applicable).
