About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Service Associate to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Dining Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dining areas for meal service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service, taking meal and beverage orders and serving requested items according to established guidelines.
  • Handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Partner with the community team to ensure a safe and healthy environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting Risk Management programs and policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
  • Competent in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, as needed.
