Responsibilities:
- Provide dining service to residents, ensuring a high level of quality and satisfaction.
- Assist with training team members to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
- Maintain proper dining room setup, including table settings and decorations.
- Assist in special events, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets cleanliness and readiness standards.
- Assist in table top inventory management to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
