Full Time Physical Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Blue Point Healthcare Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and review patient medical charts, evaluations, and develop treatment plans in accordance with patient needs.
- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to all team members, including providing necessary supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team, as well as conducting staff and family training and education when appropriate.

- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
