Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Blue Pointe Healthcare Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents in accordance with their needs and physician orders.
- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to all team members.
- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team.
- Conduct staff and family training and education as needed.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
