Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Biller/Insurance Revenue Cycle Professional to join our team at CCG of South Florida. This role involves working with various software systems, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission, and maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

About the Role

This position requires strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with payers, patients, and internal staff. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and submission of clean claims to insurance payers, both electronically and via paper.
  • Verification of insurance coverage using in-house and third-party software.
  • Collaboration with internal staff to verify insurance, collect balances, and manage self-pay fees.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date coding compliance and accuracy.
  • Assistance with monthly patient statement processing, including reviewing statements before mailing and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Resolution of front-end and back-end rejections.
  • Maintenance of strict confidentiality and adherence to all HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
