Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior maintenance personnel.
  • Specialize in the upkeep and repair of designated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all work performed.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Identify necessary tools and equipment for repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and address any maintenance issues.
  • Monitor inventory and procure supplies for maintenance operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the property management team and provide maintenance reports.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of technical training or experience in maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems troubleshooting and repair.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • HVAC certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in operating various hand and power tools.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • Physical endurance to perform demanding tasks.
  • Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
