Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide services for elementary to high school age students. As a full-time, school-based contractor, you will collaborate with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team, conducting assessments and consultation services. Your caseload will consist of students in grades K-12.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct a variety of assessment approaches to identify students' needs
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' goals
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support

**Requirements:**

* Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Occupational Therapist Licensure
